Pilates - Would you like to develop your core stability, balance, mobility and strength?

Regular Pilates classes can help. Using a sequence of flowing exercises to strengthen, balance and mobilise, Pilates focuses the mind, raising body awareness and strengthening through exercises based on core stability. Work the whole body in this no impact strengthening, mobilising and toning class to give your mind and body a boost in 2007! 

Tuesdays 9.45 – 10.45 hrs 

Suitable for all levels, beginners welcome!  

£5/class          
£4.50/class paid monthly

(Lunchtime 40 min classes Mondays & Thursdays 12.10hrs £4/class, £3.50 paid monthly)

Tai Chi - Learn about this ancient art with a six week programme

Tai Chi offers us an exercise system and life skills that have evolved over hundreds of years, referred to as a ‘soft’ martial art because it strengthens us from the inside out. It gives us a way of managing our health and energy, and tools which enable us to live at peace with ourselves and as magnificently as we can despite the challenges set before us. The flowing, gentle-looking movements of the Tai Chi forms conceal both a powerful martial art and techniques for balancing and uniting mind, body and spirit. Practitioners at all levels can expect to improve their balance, build stamina and strength and enjoy an escape from the stresses and strains of modern life.

Wednesdays 10.00 – 11.00 hrs
