An exciting exercise class specifically to help keep active and mobile - focusing on low impact aerobic exercises to music, using dynabands and resistance balls, as well as incorporating chair and floor-based exercises, all aiming to develop and improve co-ordination, strength, mobility and balance for a healthy life. Run in conjunction with Age Concern.
No previous experience necessary, all levels welcome.

A low impact 40 minute lunchtime aerobic class, targeting specific areas, to tone and shape ready for the summer!
No previous experience necessary, suitable for any age and all levels.
Mondays & Fridays 12.10 – 12.50hrs
Cost: £3.50/class (£3/class paid monthly)
